With this awareness, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with Temren Travel, including our guests benefiting from our VIP services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

In accordance with KVKK, your personal data will be collected and processed by Temren Travel as the "Data Controller" within the scope described below. We ensure that all data is handled with the highest level of care, reflecting the premium quality of the travel experiences we provide.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data (such as name, surname, passport number, contact information, and billing details) are processed for the following crucial purposes:

• Legal Compliance: Fulfilling our obligations regarding travel, aviation, and tourism regulations in Turkey.
• Service Execution: Completing your bookings for premium hot air balloon flights, private guided tours, VIP transfers, and boutique accommodation.
• Official Manifests: Sharing mandatory passenger information with the General Directorate of Civil Aviation and the Ministry of Interior for safety and legal flight manifests.
• VIP Experience: Ensuring high-level security and a personalized, seamless luxury service during your entire journey in Cappadocia.
• Communication: Providing information regarding our services, campaigns, and special offers (only with your explicit consent).

3. Transfer of Personal Data

To provide you with an uninterrupted premium service, your personal data may be transferred to our trusted business partners, verified suppliers (such as boutique hotels, certified hot air balloon operators, and luxury transport companies), and legally authorized public institutions within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Data Collection

Personal data is securely collected through verbal, written, or electronic media (such as our website's encrypted booking forms, e-mail correspondence, or physical registration). This collection is strictly necessary to fulfill the premium service contract between you and Temren Travel, and to comply with the legitimate operational and legal interests of our Agency.

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 of KVKK)

As our valued guest, under Article 11 of the Law, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• To request detailed information if your personal data has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for its intended purpose.
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
• To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions provided for in the Law.
